Orientation to introduce the foundational program of POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® (Videos, Daily App based practice, weeks 2-7)

Week Two : Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ® Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ® Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ® Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Weekly Coaching session to discuss challenges during the week and real-life applications based on your needs and goals
Week 3-4: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Throughout the six-week POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Program (weeks 2-7), you can expect 3-3.5 hours of work each week, all done on your own at your convenience.
What does your week consist of?
You will start by taking an on-line Saboteur Assessment to identify the areas where your strongest Saboteurs have impact. Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate negative emotions in the way you handle life’s everyday challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self- doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, wellbeing, and relation-ships. There are ten Saboteurs - Judge (a universal saboteur), Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, and Victim. We all have a bit of each of these within us, but there are typically two or three which are predominantly strong and influential.
Once you identify your Saboteurs, you will have an individual session with a PQ COACH™ to debrief the assessment and to identify your goals for the program.
For six weeks, you will begin to build your foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
While there are ten Saboteurs, there are typically two or three which are predominantly stronger and most influential. We focus on these as we build.
By learning detailed information about your saboteurs and how and where in your life they most negatively impact you, you can begin to recognize them in action and develop a strategy to weaken them before they sabotage you. This strategy involves shifting to your sage (internal wisdom).
By learning to use the powers of the Sage, you will be ready for life application.

POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® is an operating system with many applications. In the first six weeks you develop your three core mental muscles. Strengthening these muscles increases your self-command, which is essential for weakening your Saboteurs.
By the end of the six weeks, you will have stronger self-command and your Sage powers will have grown. This is when you can truly begin to shift into action that is intentional.
In subsequent weeks, you can gain access to multiple modules in the app that enable you to use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications.
Shifting to action with on-going practice is what will help you continue to grow.
After week seven, you will have access to the advanced grow portion of the Positive Intelligence App to pursue that growth.

Daily Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized (2-3 mins.) to fit your busy schedule and customized based on your top saboteurs.
Weekly Focus
A weekly hour-long video, featuring Shirzad Chamine, delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions. These video sessions are broken into several segments so you can watch all at once or watch a few segments at a time. Ideally you finish the video within two-three days.
Measurable Progress
You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making toward building the three core muscles of mental fitness. In the App, your activity is tracked and converted into muscle growth. It may seem impossible that you could change your neural pathways through your daily practice, but research shows that brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.
Support through one-on-one coaching
We will meet weekly to discuss the concepts and anything that came up for you during the week. These 50-minute sessions are designed to do whatever will help you the most, and apply what you are learning to a real-life situation. Research has shown accountability and review is a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
