TRANSITION & MINDSET COACHING
Life changes. Sometimes we need to change with it.
Whether the change is one you chose or one you never saw coming, transition can leave you questioning who you are, what you want, and what comes next.
I help people navigate life's crossroads with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—by looking not only at what's changing on the outside, but at the mindset, energy, and patterns influencing how they move through it.
Maybe You’re wondering….
What do I want now?
Why doesn't what used to work for me feel right anymore?
What's keeping me from making a change I know I want?
Who am I becoming in this next chapter?
You don't have to have the answer before you begin.
There isn't just one kind of transition.
Some transitions are chosen. Others happen to us. And sometimes nothing dramatic happens at all—we simply realize that something that once fit no longer does.
Career change • Retirement • Empty nest • Relationship or family changes • Relocation • Entrepreneurship • Leadership changes • Loss • Reinvention • Changing priorities • A new stage of life
Whatever brings you to a crossroads, transition often asks bigger questions than simply, “What should I do next?”
What matters now? What am I ready to leave behind? And what do I want to intentionally carry forward?
The transition may be what brings you to coaching.
What's happening underneath is often where the real work begins.
We often think we need a better plan. Sometimes we do. But a plan alone doesn't address the fear, assumptions, beliefs, and patterns influencing our choices.
That's why my approach looks at both sides of transition: what's changing around you and what's happening within you.
More than supportive conversation.
My coaching brings together complementary approaches that help us understand not only what you want to change, but how you're showing up for that change—and what may be influencing you beneath the surface.
COR.E Transitions Dynamics
Transition affects more than the circumstances around us. We explore what's underneath the challenge—including values, beliefs, energy, internal patterns, and other factors influencing how you're experiencing change.
Energy Leadership + ELI
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) provides insight into how you perceive and respond to everyday circumstances and stress. It gives us a powerful starting point for understanding the energy and patterns influencing your choices and how you move through change.
Positive Intelligence + Mental Fitness
Learn to recognize the habitual thought patterns that can create stress, self-doubt, or self-sabotage—and strengthen your ability to pause, shift perspective, and respond more intentionally.
The goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you become more conscious of what's driving your choices so you can make them intentionally.
A roadmap for navigating what's next.
Transition isn't linear, and neither is coaching. Rather than forcing you through a prescribed program, I use a flexible roadmap that helps us meet you where you are and focus on what will serve you most.
Navigate What's Next
A personalized coaching experience for people navigating meaningful change—or questioning what they want from their next chapter.
This isn't about rushing toward an answer or following a predetermined formula. We'll meet you where you are—uncover what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters, explore what's possible, and intentionally move toward what comes next.
Hi, I'm Jodi.
I'm a certified coach specializing in transition, Energy Leadership, and mental fitness—but I've also spent much of my career inside the kinds of change my clients are navigating.
My background includes more than 20 years in recruiting, staffing, business development, operations, and executive leadership, along with a Master's in Organization Development. Today, I combine that real-world experience with my training in COR.E Transitions Dynamics, Energy Leadership, the Energy Leadership Index, and Positive Intelligence to help people navigate personal and professional crossroads more consciously.
I believe people often know far more about what they need than they think they do. Sometimes we simply need the space—and the right questions—to get underneath the noise and hear ourselves more clearly.
A little about me beyond coaching...
I'm also a mom to three grown daughters and a very proud grandmother of eight. Family is a huge part of my life, and I've navigated my own share of changes, reinventions, unexpected turns, and new chapters along the way. Those experiences have only deepened my belief that we're never really “done” becoming who we are.
I love good conversation, learning, laughing, spending time with the people I love—and exploring the question at the heart of so much of my coaching:
What do I want this next chapter to look like?
What clients say
“It was so great to connect with you and to hear your insights and suggestions regarding my life/job situation. I so appreciate the time you spent with me and now have much food for thought, as well as activities to work me towards my new life re-invention!”
— Conni Levis, Business Owner
You don't have to know exactly what's next.
Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough to begin.
If you're at a crossroads—personally, professionally, or somewhere in between—let's have a conversation.
An opportunity to explore where you are, what you're looking for, and whether coaching together feels like the right fit.
